Andy Dousis

Andy Dousis taught third and fourth grades at Flanders School in East Lyme, Connecticut, for ten years. He then joined Center for Responsive Schools, coaching teachers and supporting schools implementing the Responsive Classroom approach to teaching. Andy is a state champion high school football coach and former Marine.
